We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and enhancing IT systems, ensuring seamless integration of healthcare applications, and collaborating with professionals to improve workflows. Responsibilities:
• Manage the integration and functionality of electronic health record systems, medical imaging platforms, and other healthcare applications.
• Work closely with healthcare teams to understand their workflows and customize IT solutions to improve efficiency.
• Implement interoperability standards to facilitate secure and efficient data sharing across healthcare platforms.
• Provide high-level engineering support, applying technical expertise to solve complex challenges.
• Offer exceptional customer service while demonstrating strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems to align with best practices and the specific needs of each facility.
• Build and sustain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel, ensuring mutual understanding.
• Set and achieve performance goals consistently, contributing to the organization’s success.
• Work independently and proactively, demonstrating a self-starter attitude in all tasks.
• Proficiency in Windows Server technologies, including Server 2008 and later versions.
• Hands-on experience with cloud solutions such as Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and its management.
• Expertise in desktop and user support for Windows Client Operating Systems (Windows 7, 10, 11).
• Familiarity with Citrix and Dell Technologies.
• Solid understanding of networking principles and network printer management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with professionals at all levels.
