What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with our leadership team to understand who we need and why.
- Sourcing awesome candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking—you name it.
- Managing the full hiring process from first message to offer letter.
- Making sure every candidate has a great experience (even if they don’t get the job).
- Keeping our pipeline full of future Ringsiders.
- Helping us tell our story and build our employer brand.
What You Bring to the Table
- 2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (internal hiring is a big plus).
- A knack for finding great people and getting them excited about opportunities.
- Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable talking to anyone.
- Super organized and able to juggle multiple roles at once.
- Experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- A passion for culture, growth, and building something great.
