What You’ll Own:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, shape roles, and execute effective hiring strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and markets, ensuring quality hires and a strong candidate experience
- Proactively source and engage top talent using LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, and creative outreach strategies
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of both active and passive candidates
- Support and execute internal mobility efforts, including promotions and transfers
- Own candidate communications from first touch through offer, including offers, rejections, and pre-employment steps
- Leverage data and recruiting metrics to drive decisions, improve processes, and meet hiring goals
- Contribute to employer branding efforts, including job advertising and social media initiatives
- Other duties and projects as directed and assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 1 years of recruiting experience across multiple roles, industries, or markets (high-volume experience strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to source passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn and Indeed
- Experience working within an applicant tracking system (we use Paycor Recruiting)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- A relationship builder. You connect easily with people and know how to build trust with both candidates and hiring managers. You understand the grind of filling a position and enjoy cold calling to prospective candidates as a means of finding talent.
