Our client is seeking a collaborative and strategic Product Manager to lead product initiatives while overseeing priorities for a dedicated software development team. This hybrid role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure successful product delivery, roadmap execution, and continuous improvement of digital solutions.
This opportunity is based in Columbus, Ohio with a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap, priorities, and feature delivery
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and define product objectives
- Lead a dedicated software development team through planning and execution cycles
- Translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical requirements
- Coordinate with engineering, QA, UX, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Drive agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Monitor product performance, user feedback, and market trends
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and product enhancements
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
Qualifications
- 4 years of product management or related experience
- Experience working closely with software development teams
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance business priorities with technical considerations
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps preferred
- Technical background or experience supporting software products is a plus
