Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Study business performance to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
- Produce monthly and quarterly variance reporting and walk leaders through the results
- Work with department heads to develop budgets and track progress toward targets
- Prepare executive presentations and reporting packages
- Evaluate proposed investments and initiatives with clear financial recommendations
- Guide and support junior analysts on technique and best practices
- Streamline reporting processes and improve data reliability
- Take on special projects and ad hoc analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 4 years of financial analysis or FP&A experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with BI or planning tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or Adaptive) a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Confident presenter who can explain numbers in plain language
- Able to work onsite in Columbus, OH

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
