Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions
- Analyze financial performance, trends, and variances
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve planning accuracy and business outcomes
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting packages for leadership
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial planning and analysis
- Assist with long-range planning and key business initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills (experience with financial systems or BI tools is a plus)
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills
- Experience in a fast-paced or evolving environment preferred
