What You'll Do
- Identify, prospect, and build relationships with new client companies across a variety of industries
- Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities
- Cold call, email, and network your way into decision-maker conversations
- Partner with our recruiting team to match client needs with top talent
- Negotiate terms and close new business partnerships
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly new business development metrics
- Represent Ringside Talent as a trusted advisor to clients ranging from growing businesses to Fortune 500 brands
