Responsibilities
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis activities
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support business initiatives
- Partner with department leaders to provide insight into performance and cost drivers
- Analyze trends and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to leadership
- Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Contribute to strategic planning and long-term financial modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
- Advanced Excel and strong financial modeling capabilities
- Experience with data visualization or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
