RETS Associates has been retained by our client, a full-service retail and restaurant development company to recruit a Real Estate Manager in Anaheim Hills, CA. The Real Estate Manager is a key member of the Asset Management & Acquisitions team, responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of commercial real estate assets across the company's portfolio. This role partners closely with development, finance, legal, and construction teams to drive site selection, lease negotiation, portfolio optimization, and landlord relationship management. The ideal candidate brings deep market knowledge, sharp analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced development environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of commercial real estate experience, preferably in retail, restaurant, or mixed-use development.
- Demonstrated track record of negotiating and closing commercial leases and acquisitions.
- Strong financial modeling skills; proficiency in Excel including proformas, cash flow analysis, and portfolio reporting.
- Working knowledge of lease law, title, zoning, and due diligence processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information to senior leadership.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage 20 concurrent transactions across multiple markets.
Salary: $130K bonus potential DOE.
