What You'll Do
- Monitor the performance of multifamily loan and preferred equity investments
- Identify and mitigate credit risk across the portfolio
- Lead loan modifications, restructurings, workouts, and recovery efforts
- Analyze borrower requests, covenant compliance, and asset performance
- Partner with originations, underwriting, legal, and capital markets teams
- Present portfolio analytics, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior leadership
Who We're Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in real estate credit, loan asset management, special servicing, or workouts
- Strong understanding of multifamily operations, lending structures, and credit risk
- Experience managing distressed or underperforming investments, including restructurings and enforcement actions
- Advanced financial analysis and underwriting capabilities
- Ability to navigate complex borrower situations while protecting investment performance
