Key Responsibilities
- Work with buyers, sellers, investors, and commercial clients
- Generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, social media, direct mail, and open houses
- Conduct client consultations and needs assessments
- Perform property searches and market research
- Host and attend showings, listing appointments, and open houses
- Prepare and present offers, listing presentations, and contracts
- Negotiate terms and guide clients through escrow and closing
- Manage your sales pipeline using our in-house CRM system
- Build and maintain a strong personal database and long-term book of business
Qualifications
- Active California Real Estate License
