Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead brand strategy, drive customer engagement, and support overall business growth. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social media, email, and local marketing channels
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Digital & Content Marketing
- Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and online engagement
- Manage website updates, SEO/SEM initiatives, and digital advertising campaigns
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI
Brand & Promotions
- Develop promotional campaigns to drive traffic, sales, and customer retention
- Coordinate local marketing initiatives, partnerships, and community engagement efforts
- Ensure brand standards are maintained across all platforms
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI
- Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and improve effectiveness
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work cross-functionally with operations, leadership, and external partners
- Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and media partners
- Support internal teams with marketing tools and resources
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, or consumer-focused industries
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy
- Experience with marketing analytics tools and campaign performance tracking
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
Compensation & Benefits
