OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Operations to oversee a fast-growing, multi-unit Korean BBQ restaurant group known for its premium meats, high-energy atmosphere, and authentic dining experience.
This role will lead operational excellence across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in food quality, guest experience, and financial performance. The concept is recognized for its high-volume service, interactive tabletop grilling, and strong brand presence across several markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesMulti-Unit Operations Leadership
- Oversee operations across multiple restaurant locations
- Ensure consistency in service standards, food quality, and brand execution
- Partner with General Managers to drive performance and accountability
Financial Performance & Strategy
- Own regional P&L performance across all units
- Analyze financial reports, identify trends, and implement action plans
- Drive revenue growth, cost control, and operational efficiency
Team Development & Leadership
- Hire, train, and develop General Managers and leadership teams
- Build a strong leadership bench and succession planning strategy
- Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and hospitality
Guest Experience & Brand Standards
- Ensure an exceptional, high-energy guest experience aligned with the brand
- Maintain consistency in execution of premium food offerings and service model
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements
Operational Excellence
- Implement and enforce SOPs, systems, and operational best practices
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
- Optimize workflows in high-volume environments
Growth & Expansion
- Support new restaurant openings and market expansion
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve scalability and operational efficiency
- 5 years of multi-unit leadership experience (Director, Regional, or Area level)
- Strong background in high-volume, full-service or upscale casual dining
- Experience with Korean BBQ, Asian cuisine, or interactive dining concepts preferred
- Proven success managing P&L across multiple locations
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Highly analytical with a hands-on, results-driven approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
