The Vice President of Marketing will lead brand strategy, digital growth, and revenue-driving initiatives across a multi-brand portfolio. This role owns marketing strategy, P&L impact, and team leadership, driving traffic, engagement, and profitability across all channels.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $200,000 – $215,000
- Bonus eligible
- Relocation up to $10K

Key Responsibilities
- Own portfolio-wide marketing strategy and brand architecture
- Drive digital, off-premise, and e-commerce growth (online ordering, delivery, catering)
- Lead national, local, and new store marketing initiatives
- Oversee CRM, loyalty, and guest lifecycle strategies
- Manage marketing budget and optimize ROI across channels
- Partner with Operations, Culinary, and Finance on menu, pricing, and promotions
- Lead social media, SEO/SEM, email, and digital campaigns
- Oversee PR strategy, partnerships, and experiential marketing
- Analyze performance metrics (traffic, sales, engagement) and adjust strategy
- Lead and develop a team of 6 marketing professionals
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of marketing leadership experience
- Background in restaurant or hospitality marketing preferred
- Strong experience in digital marketing, CRM, and multi-channel strategy
- Proven ability to drive sales, traffic, and brand growth
- Experience managing budgets and delivering ROI
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Casino or gaming experience a strong plus
