Job Description:
Redline Rising is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit building the infrastructure for how society measures cognitive performance. We operate at the intersection of neuroscience, motorsport, and education, partnering with universities, schools, and organizations to bring cognitive science programs into student development and professional training.
We are looking for a Director of Institutional Partnerships to lead outreach to universities, high schools, and education organizations interested in integrating cognitive performance measurement into their programs. You will be the front line of relationship-building, turning cold outreach into warm introductions and introductory meetings into signed partnership agreements.
This is a volunteer leadership position with direct exposure to institutional sales, education policy, and nonprofit partnership development.
Responsibilities:
Identify and research target institutions including university psychology, neuroscience, and engineering departments, high school STEM programs, and education nonprofits.
Execute high-volume outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn to department heads, program coordinators, and administrators.
Manage the partnership pipeline from first contact through introductory meeting, tracking all activity and status.
Prepare and deliver program overview materials tailored to each institution's context.
Coordinate introductory calls and meetings between prospective partners and organizational leadership.
Maintain a CRM or tracking sheet with outreach status, follow-ups, and conversion data.
Qualifications (must-have):
Strong written communication skills with professional tone.
Comfortable with high-volume cold outreach via email and LinkedIn.
Self-directed with ability to manage a pipeline without daily oversight.
Qualifications (preferred):
Prior experience in business development, institutional sales, or partnership management.
Familiarity with higher education or K-12 institutional structures.
Interest in cognitive science, motorsport, or education.
Experience with CRM tools or pipeline tracking systems.
