Google Ads Manager - Hybrid
We’re working with a successful retail brand who are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Manager to take ownership of paid search performance across a diverse portfolio of products and campaigns.
You’ll be the strategic lead behind high-impact Google Ads activity, driving growth, improving ROI, and shaping long-term paid media strategy for a company that is scaling fast and investing heavily in digital.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, build, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to refine targeting and messaging.
- Monitor daily performance and adjust budgets, bids, and strategies to maximise conversions and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams on landing pages, creative, tracking, and broader performance marketing initiatives.
- Report on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive hands-on Google Ads experience with strong proficiency across Search & Shopping.
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualisation tools.
- Experience with Performance Max campaigns is a strong advantage.
- Google Ads certification preferred.
