This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive measurable growth and ROI. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing paid advertising accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads accounts across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max
- Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with business and client objectives
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Create, test, and optimize ad copy, extensions, and bidding strategies
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
- Implement A/B tests and ongoing optimization initiatives
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Prepare performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Stay current with Google Ads platform updates, policies, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and analytics teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of paid search strategies, bidding models, and campaign structure
- Experience with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and performance reporting
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
- Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills
- Google Ads Certification
- Experience with Performance Max and automation strategies
- Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns
