Role Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads Account Manager to handle six-figure ad budgets for multiple service businesses, including home services, medical, legal, real estate, and more. This client-facing role focuses on delivering exceptional ROI, generating qualified leads, and managing client relationships with speed and clarity.
Responsibilities
→ Own client accounts, ensuring campaigns consistently hit ROI and lead generation targets
→ Manage and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns
→ Collaborate with a digital assistant to implement landing pages and conversion tracking
→ Communicate proactively with clients and provide clear, actionable reporting
Qualifications
→ Proven track record scaling lead generation campaigns for service businesses
→ 2 years managing Google Ads accounts, preferably including LSA experience
→ Strong communication skills, good English speaking and writing, and client-facing experience
→ Results-driven mindset with a focus on ROI, speed, and accountability
Preferred
→ Agency experience
→ Familiarity with GoHighLevel, CallRail, WhatConverts, ClickUp, or Looker Studio
→ Experience supporting landing page creation
