Quick2Hire is seeking an experienced Office Clerk / Accounting Clerk to join our team!
Assignment Details
- Location: Pomona, CA
- Start Date: 08/11/2026
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift
- Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Pay: $21/hours - $23/hour
- No Weekends, On-Call, or Holidays
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 years of office or clerical experience
- Clerical experience preferred
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain office records
- Scan, file, and organize documents both electronically and physically
- Assist with general administrative and clerical duties
- Support the accounting and office staff with daily operations
- Maintain confidential records and ensure document accuracy
- Prepare and distribute correspondence as needed
- Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a healthcare, accounting, or administrative office
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and multi-line phone systems
