Job Description
Quick2Hire is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Rehabilitation for a 13-week contract opportunity in Napa, CA!
Assignment Details
- Location: Napa, CA
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Shift: Day Shift | 5x8 Hours (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
- Pay: Up to $60/hour ($2,400/week)
- Start Date: August
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum 1 year of Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation experience (Hard Stop)
- Experience working in an Acute Rehab Facility required
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation nursing, patient care plans, and recovery goals
- BLS certification required
- Excellent communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in an Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation setting
- Perform patient assessments and monitor progress throughout the rehabilitation process
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Manage wound care, pain management, and patient safety needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans, recovery, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
- Follow facility policies, safety standards, and infection prevention guidelines
