This role provides direct patient care, oversees medication management, coordinates with medical providers and vendors, and serves as the Infection Control Designee.

This role provides direct patient care, oversees medication management, coordinates with medical providers and vendors, and serves as the Infection Control Designee.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, hire, train, and supervise nursing staff
- Oversee medication administration, documentation, and pharmacy coordination
- Monitor labs, EKGs, and diagnostic results; communicate with providers
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and external medical appointments
- Manage medical supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (MI)
- 5 years of nursing/clinical experience
- Mental health treatment experience strongly preferred
- Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable record
- Must pass background, TB, fingerprinting, and state clearances
