Responsibilities
Clinical / Caseload
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans using Functional Behavior Assessments
- Provide supervision and training to behavioral technicians
- Conduct ongoing assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, Essentials for Living)
- Analyze data to track progress and guide treatment decisions
- Provide parent training and caregiver support
- Complete required documentation and reporting
- Collaborate with school staff, administrators, and families
- Support clinical operations and staff management
- Participate in performance evaluations and corrective feedback
- Ensure policy compliance and staff understanding
- Maintain client contracts and attendance tracking
- BCBA or BCaBA license in Wisconsin
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass caregiver background check
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
