Qualifications
- Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Experience in Parent Education and engaging families in behavioral strategies
- Strong understanding Behavior Management techniques
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Relevant certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Proficiency in developing and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in an educational and clinic setting
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Experience working with children with special needs, particularly in a school setting or clinic, is preferred
