Mental Health Therapist (LCSW / LMFT / ACMHC)

Location: St. George, UT

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Position Summary

We're seeking a licensed Therapist to join a residential treatment team in St. George, Utah. This role provides therapeutic support to adolescents ages 12-17 and their families through individual, family, and group counseling. The Therapist will develop treatment plans, facilitate behavioral change programs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student growth and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate therapeutic programming using the Core Value Behavioral Change Model.
• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavioral goals.
• Complete assessments and create therapeutic strategies
• Participate in treatment team meetings and staff trainings.
• Communicate student progress with families, guardians, and care teams.
• Evaluate student progress and recommend program adjustments.
• Support students and families through evidence-based interventions
  
  

Qualifications

• Current Utah license or eligibility for licensure as:
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC)
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with high-conflict families
• Residential Treatment Center experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to pass background screening and drug testing
