Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Deliver crisis intervention services when required
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team
- Participate in case conferences, clinical reviews, and staff meetings
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using an electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Serve both children and adult populations, including underserved communities
- Knowledge of North Carolina public mental health system resources
- Mental health counseling: 2 years preferred
- Substance use disorder treatment: 1 year preferred
- Individual and group counseling: 1 year preferred
- New graduates with relevant clinical training are encouraged to apply
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
- Active or Associate Licensure in North Carolina (Required): (LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCAS, LCASA, LMFT, LMFTA)
