- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and related documentation
- Perform quantity take-offs for drywall, metal framing, and associated scopes
- Develop and maintain project budgets
- Collaborate with project managers and internal teams for bid preparation
- Respond to inquiries related to estimates and project costs
- Manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all estimating activities
- Support cost control and financial planning throughout project lifecycle
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating
- Strong expertise in metal stud framing and drywall systems
- Proven ability to perform accurate quantity take-offs and cost analysis
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Experience with estimating software (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver's license
