We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school-based special education program serving students ages 5-22 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
This is a full-time, onsite position with a stable schedule and excellent work-life balance. There are no evening hours, weekends, insurance billing responsibilities, or productivity requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Provide behavioral support, consultation, and oversight for assigned classrooms.
- Collect, analyze, and monitor behavior data to guide interventions.
- Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and classroom staff in ABA best practices.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, social workers, and vocational specialists.
- Ensure consistent implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies and ABA principles.
- Active BCBA Certification OR
- Active BCaBA Certification OR
- Eligible to sit for the BCBA examination within 6 months
- Eligible for or currently possess Rhode Island Department of Health Licensure
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Developmental Disabilities
- Guaranteed full-time salaried position
- Monday-Friday schedule (7:30 AM - 3:00 PM)

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
