Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Supervisor, where you will lead and oversee all aspects of single family home construction projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a Construction Supervisor, you will coordinate with various teams, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your leadership and hands on approach will drive project success while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction site activities, ensuring work progresses according to project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and resources.
- Oversee safety protocols and enforce OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide onsite activities.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specified standards and adheres to project specifications.
- Supervise on-site personnel, while leading by example providing guidance and oversight to ensure productivity and safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, incident logs, change orders, and inspection records.
Skills
- Extensive experience with construction site management and supervision in diverse environments.
- Single Family construction aspects such as but not limited to framing, window and door installation, trim carpentry and drywall.
- Ability to read complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety enforcement.
- Skilled in project scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and cost control strategies.
- Hands-on experience with tools used for carpentry and minor drywall repair.
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams of various sizes with excellent management skills.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
