RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with a variety of health care transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, affiliations, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and asset purchases.
- Support not-for-profit organizations with governance, compliance, corporate structuring, and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct legal research and provide guidance on state and federal health care laws, including regulatory, operational, and reimbursement matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, corporate documents, and transactional agreements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3 years of legal experience, with a strong preference for:
- A background in health care transactions and not-for-profit work
- Licensed to practice in New York State
Salary : $110,000 - $135,000
