The team represents major financial institutions and fintech innovators, providing comprehensive litigation, regulatory, and government investigation counsel across the consumer finance landscape.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Represent clients in commercial litigation and consumer finance matters, including mortgage, auto, and credit card litigation.
- Handle depositions, hearings, and motion practice under the supervision of senior attorneys.
- Draft and review pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda.
- Support the team on regulatory compliance and investigations by government agencies.
- Collaborate with attorneys across the firm’s national Consumer Financial Services team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of litigation or financial services experience; prior representation of financial institutions is a plus.
- Pennsylvania Bar admission required.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
