Project Recruit has partnered with a growing boutique insurance defense firm dedicated to representing insurers in all facets of automobile coverage. You’ll gain hands-on experience in no-fault arbitration, client management, and case preparation while contributing to a dynamic practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft and prepare a variety of legal documents and correspondence.
- Assemble and review arbitration documents for attorney approval.
- Obtain no-fault proofs, medical and billing records, and other supporting documentation from clients and medical providers.
- Complete and submit No-Fault Applications for Benefits in a timely manner.
- Analyze and summarize medical records, bills, and no-fault benefits for case development.
- Communicate with clients and medical professionals to gather information and provide updates.
- Maintain and update case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with the New York State no-fault arbitration system and workers’ compensation fee schedules.
- Ability to review and interpret medical records and billing documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
