Dividend & Bond Payment Analyst, MS Excel - Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for reviewing reports and taking specific actions to confirm and modify data points related to payment activity. A variety of tasks will be performed throughout the day, including data entry, research and reconciliation, customer service, and issue resolution, as well as project work as assigned.

Dividend & Bond Payment Analyst, MS Excel - Responsibilities:
- Review reports and confirm data points related to payment activity
- Modify data points as necessary
- Perform data entry, research, and reconciliation
- Provide customer service and resolve issues
- Engage in project work as assigned
- Use Salesforce and in-house systems for account reconciliation
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field OR at least 2 years of work experience in financial services
- 2 years of work experience in Banking/Financial services
- High level of attention to detail, analytical and reasoning skills
- Ability to gather and analyze information and make appropriate decisions for action
- Data entry skills using MS Excel
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Outlook
- SIE or Series 99 or 7
- Previous experience in payment processing or wealth management operations
- Experience with Salesforce for account reconciliation
