On behalf of our Finance client, Procom is searching for a Senior FP & A Analyst for a permanent position. This position is onsite at our client’s Greeley, Colorado office.


Senior FP & A Analyst - Job Description:

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be a strategic partner in driving financial insight and decision-making across the organization. This role involves developing and maintaining sophisticated financial models, conducting in-depth analysis, and delivering clear, actionable reporting to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.


Senior FP & A Analyst - Responsibilities:

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Conduct variance analysis and explain key drivers behind business performance.
• Work closely with department leaders to gather inputs, align assumptions, and provide actionable insights.
• Support ROI analysis, scenario planning, and business case development.
• Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations that highlight trends and financial implications.
• Streamline reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  
  
  

Senior FP & A Analyst - Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 6 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or business operations with success in financial modeling and analysis.
• Proven experience building dashboards and data visualizations; experience with MS Power BI strongly preferred.
• High proficiency in Advanced Excel and financial modeling techniques.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences.

• Experience with DataRails.
• Understanding of market and competition.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with financial storytelling.
