Project Manager:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager for an 18-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Lone Tree, CO office.
Job Description:
The project involves the integration of Forge’s third-party portfolio into enterprise vendor management, risk, and procurement processes. This is a time-bound role focused on coordinating complex, cross-functional workstreams, conducting gap/variance analysis, and tracking third-party portfolio synergies ahead of full system and process integration.
Responsibilities:
- Support execution of the Forge third-party integration program across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate risk and process-based gap/variance analysis and support interim process design.
- Coordinate analysis of Forge’s third-party portfolio to identify synergies and opportunities for rationalization.
- Prepare senior management-ready integration reporting and facilitate working sessions.
- Coordinate activities related to vendor and risk data integration.
- 8 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong experience managing multiple parallel workstreams.
- Proven ability to conduct and coordinate gap/variance analysis.
- Experience with vendor management, procurement, and third-party portfolios.
- Demonstrated ability to produce executive-level integration reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, OneNote, and enterprise PM tools.
- Post-acquisition or large-scale business integration experience.
- Exposure to third-party risk management concepts.
- Familiarity with Ariba or similar procurement/vendor platforms.
- Experience tracking integration synergies.
- Financial services or other regulated industry experience.
This is an 18-month contract position.
