Dividend and Bond Payments Contractor

• Location: Minneapolis, MN—Hybrid (4 days on site)
• Pay Rate: $30.10/hr

Responsibilities

• The candidate will be responsible for reviewing reports and taking a specific action to confirm and modify data points related to payment activity. A variety of tasks will be performed throughout the day, including data entry, research and reconciliation, customer service and issue resolution, and project work as assigned.
  
  

Must Have Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 2 years of work experience in financial services, ideally payment processing or WM operations.
• Strong Excel and Access (user skills to ingest and understand the data)
• Superb soft skills: Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills
  
  

Nice-to-Have

• SIE, or Series 99, or 7 licenses.
• Previous experience in payment processing or wealth management operations.
