What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruitment Coordinator-Proficient position at Raise?
- Location: Jersey City, NJ - Hybrid (4 days a week on-site)
- Pay Rate: $27.30/hr
- Contract Length: 12 Months with the possibility of extension
Responsibilities
Interview Scheduling & Coordination
- Manage complex interview scheduling across time zones and regions
- Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews ensuring timely communication with interview team and candidates
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and business leaders during the interview stage
- Service as an operational liaison for offer-related inquiries
- Generate and distribute offer letters using Workday within service level agreement timelines
- Apply correct regional and regulatory language (compliance clauses)
- Manage offer revisions, updates, and reissuance requests
- Support reporting and operational metrics related to offer processing
- Partner with the TA Recruiters to manage candidate workflows and requisition support
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives across TA Operations
- Manage shared inbox of Talent Acquisition support request from recruiters and candidates
- Other projects and duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support, preferably in financial services
- Proven ability to manage high-volume interview scheduling and offer letter generation with multiple stakeholders
- Creating and Updating SOP’s
- Excel Skills (Intermediate)
- Highly organized and works well under pressure
- Proven ability to problem-solve and find efficiencies
- Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools (Workday, Phenom, Microsoft Office)
