Location: 100% Remote, but if local they can go on site in Maplewood MN
Interviews: 1 round will be with HM & person who will be doing the training. MS Teams with video
Schedule: 8-5 CST preferred, with some flexibility around that. 40 hours M-F. No overtime.
Description: The Regulatory Data Syndication Analyst will be responsible for actions that involve the exchange of large amounts of product data between client and government agencies as well as channel partners. It will be this person''''''''s responsibility to perform and coordinate data aggregation to collect and transmit item level product information to government agencies and channel partners using Solventum systems, Microsoft Excel or channel partner requested format. This role will also support data acquisition and maintenance activities for the regulatory Data Hub.
Preferred: Regulated data or regulated agency experience would be preferred.
Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position and provides best practicing sharing within work group. Works with client to analyze and define the business process that needs an IT solution. Identifies and documents high-level requirements, maps future state of the solution, and ensures the system/solution meets business and user requirements. Responsibilities: Document and map business process and requirements for the future state of the IT solution. Identify and understand the end user''''''''s need. Facilitate the business process redesign and documentation as needed.
Skills: Candidates must have MS Excel and pivot tables, V-lookup/vlookup, index matching.
2-5 years of data/data analysis experience.
