Job Title: IT Support Specialist (Onsite)
Client Location: Knoxville, Iowa 50138 United States
Contract: 12 Months (Long Term Contract)
Working Mode: 100% Onsite
Skills:
Understanding of and ability to apply skills to:
• Network troubleshooting
• Microsoft workstation and server OS troubleshooting
• Azure / Intune management of site devices
• Active Directory
• Office 365
• Network printing and printer configuration (Particularly HP and Zebra products)
• Server, Workstation, Laptop, and Thin Client hardware management and troubleshooting (currently HP Based)
• Ticket based request / incident / change management system
• Cross functional groups interaction
• Lead projects as well as initiatives to ensure improvement of infrastructure components or processes.
• Good Communication, coordination, and short-term planning skills.
