Perform ITSM, MOC & 24/7 Pager Support Maximizing Site Related HW/SW Resource Uptime Maintain Dashboard Expectations for PC's, ITSM tickets, Site Telecom, & PC/Server Vulnerabilities Attend & Comply with All Plant IT & Production, FDA & GMP, Corporate IT, & Safety Required Training Meetings and Activities
