- Have 3–5 years of medical malpractice defense experience (2–7 considered)
- Be admitted to the NH bar or clearly eligible to obtain admission
- Have independently managed files, taken depositions, and worked with medical experts

What You'll Be Doing
- Independently manage a full caseload of complex medical malpractice defense matters
- Take depositions, retain and work with medical experts, and handle court appearances
- Draft and argue motions; manage all aspects of litigation from intake to resolution
- Advise on adjacent healthcare law matters, including licensing and risk management
- Build cross-firm relationships and participate in business development
- 3–5 years of medical malpractice defense experience (2–7 considered for the right candidate)
- Proven ability to independently manage files, work with experts, and take depositions
- NH bar admission or a clear path to obtaining it (wave-in or exam)
- Defense-side background only — no plaintiff-side med mal experience
- Partnership-track mindset with the drive to grow a practice
