What You'll Do
- Advise on and document syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions
- Support deal teams across five finance practice groups: securitization, renewable energy project finance, syndicated loans, public bonds, and real estate finance
- Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, and ancillary transaction materials
- Conduct due diligence and manage transaction closing processes
- Develop client relationships and contribute to a nationally ranked finance practice
- 1–7 years of transactional finance experience at a law firm (required)
- Solid working knowledge of syndicated lending and leveraged finance structures
- Strong academic record and polished interpersonal skills
- Active NC or SC or GA bar license (or willingness to obtain GA bar for remote candidates)
