- Be comfortable in both litigation and counseling roles

What You'll Be Doing
- Litigate employer-side employment matters: wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment
- Counsel corporate clients on compliance with federal and state employment law
- Handle EEOC and Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission administrative proceedings
- Draft policies, handbooks, and employment agreements
- Help build the firm's dedicated employment law practice with partner guidance
- 3–5 years of management-side employment law experience (litigation counseling)
- Comfortable working as a generalist across the full employment law spectrum
- Entrepreneurial mindset — interested in building, not just maintaining
- Committed to a full-time, in-office presence in Omaha
