Horgan Law LLC is a growing boutique firm in Omaha with a dynamic corporate and business law practice. We represent entrepreneurs, closely held businesses, and institutional clients across a wide range of transactional and corporate matters. We are looking for a sharp, motivated Associate Attorney to join our team.
The Role
You will work directly with firm leadership on corporate transactions, entity formation and governance, contract drafting and negotiation, M&A, and general business law matters. This is a hands-on position with real client exposure from day one.
What We Are Looking For
• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active Nebraska bar license or eligibility for admission
• 3 or more years of corporate, transactional, or business law experience
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
• Collaborative team player who takes ownership of their work
