• Have 3–5 years of dedicated Trust & Estates experience
• Have hands-on experience drafting the full range of estate planning documents
• Have NH bar admission or a clear path to obtaining it (firm-sponsored)
  
  

This is NOT for estate administration generalists or attorneys without substantive T&E drafting experience.

About The Opportunity

The firm offers a hybrid schedule, meaningful compensation (base ~$10K bonus 5% origination credit 401(k) with match), and genuine upside for an ambitious attorney willing to invest in building something.

What You'll Be Doing

• Draft wills, trusts, business succession plans, and the full range of estate planning documents
• Handle probate, guardianship, and ancillary T&E matters
• Advise high-net-worth clients directly — this is a client-facing role from the start
• Support general business and real estate matters to broaden your practice
• Help define the direction of a smaller, high-growth practice group
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of dedicated Trusts & Estates law experience
• Substantive experience drafting wills, trusts, and related documents (not just review/admin)
• Familiarity with federal estate and gift tax issues
• NH bar admission or a concrete path to obtaining it (firm will sponsor)
• Demonstrated ties to New Hampshire if relocating from outside the region
