Location
This role is based in Concord, New Hampshire. The position is on-site 3 to 4 days per week to start, with flexibility for a hybrid schedule after ramp-up.
Note
Qualified candidates must be admitted to practice in New Hampshire and have medical malpractice defense litigation experience.

Job Description
- Manage medical malpractice defense matters from intake through resolution.
- Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, court appearances, motions, and case strategy.
- Work directly with partners, attorneys, paralegals, and clients on active litigation matters.
- Communicate with healthcare clients, insurers, and other stakeholders regarding case status and strategy.
- Take ownership of files while receiving support, mentorship, and resources from an experienced litigation team.
- Contribute to a growing practice with long-term leadership and advancement potential.
Qualifications
- 1 years of litigation experience.
- Medical malpractice defense experience strongly preferred.
- New Hampshire Bar admission required.
- Strong research, writing, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience managing files, handling depositions, and appearing in court.
- Trial experience preferred.
- Strong academic credentials preferred.
- Plaintiff-side medical malpractice experience alone will not be the right fit.
