Location
This role is based in Concord, New Hampshire. The position is expected to have in-office presence, with flexibility depending on experience, performance, and firm needs.
Note
Qualified candidates must be admitted to practice in New Hampshire and have Trust & Estate experience, including estate planning document drafting.

Job Description
- Draft a full range of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related planning documents.
- Advise clients on estate planning, trust administration, probate, charitable planning, and business succession planning.
- Assist with federal estate and gift tax issues connected to estate planning and administration.
- Work directly with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and other professionals to move matters forward efficiently.
- Conduct legal research and prepare clear, practical written work product.
- Support families, fiduciaries, business owners, and individuals through important planning and administration decisions.
- Participate in a collegial practice environment with mentoring, client contact, and business development support.
Qualifications
- 1 years of Trust & Estate experience.
- New Hampshire Bar admission required.
- Experience drafting estate planning documents required.
- Probate and trust administration experience preferred.
- Business succession planning and charitable planning experience preferred.
- Federal estate and gift tax familiarity preferred.
- Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Excellent academic credentials preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, staff, clients, and outside advisors.
