What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intellectual Property Partner – Patent Prosecution and/or Litigation position at Primeline Solutions LLC?
Full-Time | Fully Remote (Nationwide) | Compensation: Formula-Driven (Competitive with BigLaw)
Experience: 8 Years | Background: Partner or Senior Counsel at a Law Firm
Who This Is For
You've built a real IP practice — patent prosecution, patent litigation, or both — and you're tired of your firm treating it as a secondary service line. You want a platform where IP is taken seriously, infrastructure already exists (docketing systems, partner depth, admin support), and you can focus on clients and growth instead of building from scratch.
What You'll Do
Fully remote with office space available if needed. Compensation is formula-driven — objective, transparent, and no politics. Firm operates across 12 countries and 5 continents with deep internal collaboration across practice groups.
