What You'll Do
- Advise employer clients on environmental workplace safety compliance, including permitting and EPA regulatory matters
- Represent clients in OSHA enforcement proceedings and environmental regulatory challenges
- Counsel on the overlap between environmental obligations and labor/employment law
- Build and grow your practice on a transparent origination and revenue compensation model
- Access national cross-office referral networks and L&E-focused BD and marketing support
- 10 years of experience as an environmental lawyer focused on workplace safety and regulatory compliance (required)
- $500K portable book for Income Partner consideration; $1M for Equity Partner
- Background at AmLaw or boutique firm both welcome
- Comfort operating autonomously within a specialized, employer-side firm
