Responsibilities of the Sales Agent Supervisor include:
- Manage daily operations of the direct-to-consumer sales team, ensuring alignment with performance targets and compliance standards
- Conduct structured coaching sessions based on call reviews and performance metrics to enhance agent effectiveness
- Oversee licensing and appointment compliance across all U.S. jurisdictions
- Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to optimize lead distribution and campaign performance
- Analyze sales trends and agent productivity to identify areas for improvement
- Resolve escalated customer and agent issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain detailed performance records including productivity, attendance, and quality assurance data
- Coordinate incentive programs to drive engagement and sales outcomes
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff, ensuring readiness for licensure and role responsibilities
- Assist in system validation and workflow optimization in partnership with IT and operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a sales or call center environment
- Experience in life, health, or property and casualty insurance preferred
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on performance management
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Rate Range: $76,600 – $95,750 annually
