Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Supervisor at Lacoste, based in Arlington, VA. The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, coaching and managing a team of sales associates, and driving sales to achieve business goals. Duties include monitoring key performance metrics, mentoring staff, maintaining inventory organization, and assisting in the execution of visual merchandising standards. The Sales Supervisor will ensure the team is well-trained, motivated, and committed to delivering an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
