Optomi, in partnership with a leading risk management firm, is looking for a Risk PMO & Governance Analyst to drive remediation efforts forward, help close gaps, and ensure all required standards are being met.
Position Summary: The Risk PMO & Governance Analyst provides operational support for risk governance, ensuring portfolio visibility, effective reporting, and comprehensive documentation. This role is vital in documenting and adhering to governance routines, maintaining materials and artifacts in Confluence, and ensuring timely completion and retention of application vendor risk/compliance activities, including Archer attestations and ongoing monitoring, in an audit-ready manner.

What type of experience does the right candidate have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1β3 years of experience in a PMO, project coordination, governance operations, vendor/risk coordination, or enterprise application support role
- Demonstrated strength in documentation and knowledge management
- Experience with Confluence, particularly in page design, templates, governance repositories, and content organization
What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:
- Maintain and continuously improve application governance documentation and artifacts in Confluence
- Own Confluence site administration and content hygiene for application governance and delivery
- Support portfolio execution by tracking milestones, dependencies, risks/issues, approvals, and key dates
- Maintain third-party relationship trackers and coordinate with internal partners and vendors
- Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize governance and documentation practices
- Translate technical details into business-friendly summaries
- Document APIs (what they do, data flow direction, frequency, etc.)
Salary : $40 - $45
